An Effective Blend

of Business Coaching and Consulting ends here.

I help driven business owners trade indecision and inefficiency for clarity and productivity.

If you’ve stumbled onto my corner of the internet,

you’re probably:

Already aware that

“you can’t read the label from inside the jar” and that “you can’t solve the problem at the level it was created,” and therefore you’d love an outsider’s perspective so that you can come up with new ideas to solve problems.

If you’re like most

growth-focused entrepreneurs, you want to make decisions with certainty, avoid costly mistakes, and seize opportunities quickly, but too many choices lead to confusion and inaction.

Even if you already

feel confident and capable in leading your business, you just wish it was easier and less stressful to achieve your
growth goals.

You’re expanding

your established business and need guidance to evaluate and select the best options based on your strengths and available resources, rather than being dazzled by the latest trends.

You want to focus

on important tasks to save time, cut costs, and run smoother operations, but the sheer volume of activities makes it challenging and leads to wasted time and resources.

That’s where I come in.

Hi, I’m Valentina

and I’m a Prioritization and Execution Coach

for entrepreneurs and business leaders who face an overload of activities and options. I help you prioritize and execute effectively so that you can see real results from your efforts.

My Journey

From Overwhelmed Entrepreneur
to Effective
Execution Coach:

I totally get how you’re feeling because I’ve been there myself. My career began at a large consultancy firm, where I started after getting my bachelor’s degree in International Business and worked the whole way through getting my master’s in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School.

However, a traffic accident changed my path. Unable to return to the consultancy firm, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey.

My first two businesses, started with partners, relied heavily on my expertise in sales and operations efficiency. But it was my third venture, a design brand, that truly tested my abilities. I quickly built and scaled this brand, securing sales and distributorships in 38 countries. Our products were featured in Hollywood movies, top magazines, and sold in prestigious shops worldwide, as well as being a private label supplier for years to a global retail chain.

Slipped away

The principles and philosophies of business excellence, which had always felt so obvious to me, slipped away as I navigated the complexities of running my own business.

Behind success

Behind this success, the reality was harsh: I was feeling overwhelmed and reactive, struggling to make decisions and prioritize effectively. I was reluctant to grow a large team. Instead, I chose to expand through partnerships, which presented their own challenges.

A new approach

It was during this time that I realized I needed a new approach. Supporting and motivating my partners became crucial. This led me to pursue a business coach and consultant certification, believing that insightful questions could lead to better sales results.

It didn’t take me long to see that

Combining coaching and consultancy

was the most effective approach for working on the business.

I kept going deeper into coaching,

Gaining additional skills in the neuroscience of change.

This helped me understand why clarity and decision-making are so challenging for our brains, especially when we are overwhelmed

and under a longer period of stress, and why prioritizing options is often a struggle.

Like many others, I spent years feeling stuck when it came to managing my business.

It was a hard pill to swallow, but I realized that no one can “figure this out on their own.” Without a fresh, outside-in perspective that offers new angles and insights to existing challenges, we are all doomed to repeated mistakes and missed opportunities due to a lack of perspective.

Selecting and Honing

I went back to selecting and honing tools that aid the decision-making process.

The best approaches

By handpicking the best approaches from lean and kaizen, I developed methods for rethinking problems and efficient execution tailored to small businesses.

Finding solutions much easier

Understanding problems deeply allowed me to avoid surface-level solutions that create new problems. I also became fascinated by the causality circle, which reveals how one element affects all others, making problem-solving and finding solutions much easier.

Transition

After 20+ years of starting and growing businesses, I transitioned into coaching and consulting. I’ve developed my own frameworks for priority swapping, consistent and efficient execution, and my 5R problem rethinking framework.

New challenges

However, starting a new venture while still running my main business presented a new set of challenges. I quickly noticed how the excitement for the new business affected the other, not because they were related, but because dividing my attention was problematic.

Once I understood that
by doing less, I could
actually achieve more

things started shifting. It was crucial to discontinue less important activities before developing something new, creating room for growth and development.

Today, I help entrepreneurs and business leaders prioritize and execute effectively, solving problems quickly and efficiently.

Supporting YOU

This approach supports your strengths and optimally uses the resources available to you.

I’d love to help you see what’s possible.

I believe you have to simplify and do less to achieve more if you really want to achieve clarity and efficiency.
The questionable paradigm of “working smarter, not harder” still focuses on doing more.

Instead, embracing the philosophy of “discontinuing before developing” allows you to focus on the truly important tasks and create space for innovation and growth.
